Consultations are provided online unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellations

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made:

  • more than 24 hours before the appointment may receive a refund or reschedule;

  • less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered if:
